How to correct misspelt names or error in names for NYSC registration.

Be informed that you can apply for correction of name; if your name was previously mis-spelled or ordered incorrectly on the NYSC portal.
Apply for change of name
1. Login to the NYSC portal http://portal.nysc.org.ng/


2. On your dashboard click on "Apply for Name Correction". A dialogue box will be shown

3. Input the correct details in the dialogue box, in this order: First Name, Middle Name and Surname.

4. Click on "Place request".
The request will go through the proper channels for approvals at NYSC ICT and the name should be corrected in due time.

    PLS WHAT IF NAME ON MY JAMB ADMISSION LETTER IS AYO BADMUS LEKAN BUT ON MY WAEC AND UNIVERSITY RESULTS ITS AYO LEKEN BADMUS. HOPE NO EFFECT DURING NYSC REG?

  5. I correct my name from abdullahi to abdulhamid in the portal almost 3 weeks till today no any changes when I re apply it is showing me my name have not been saved. Make sure you do not have pending application. Please wat am I going to do know
