Campaign Truck Kills Corper, 14 others In Ekiti State - see what happened...

Angry youths waste bags of rice allegedly meant for political campaign as Corper and 14 others died in road accident.
Angry youths in Iworoko-Ekiti, Ekiti State, have vandalised a vehicle that reportedly killed at least 15 people, pouring away the rice it was conveying to Ondo State.

According to the News Agency of Nigeria, this crash occurred around 9:00 p.m. on Saturday when a truck loaded with rice lost control and rammed into a popular market in the town.
Some online media report that the bags of rice were branded with the campaign stickers of a senatorial candidate in Ondo State.
NAN reports that a huge crowd of sympathisers besieged the scene on Sunday morning, while the timely arrival of Ekiti Deputy Governor, Bisi Egbeyemi, prevented some angry youths from a mob action.

Among the dead was a mother, her child, a Youth Corps member, traders and some students of the Ekiti State University in the town.
