NYSC 2019 Batch 'A' Orientation Camp Date

- When will NYSC 2019 Batch 'A' go to camp?

Is the most frequently asked questions by 2019 batch 'A' Prospective Corps Members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

The good news is that we have the date. But before we give you the orientation camp for 2019 Batch 'A' programme, let's take you through this vital NYSC camp highlight.

The NYSC Orientation Camp date is the day that all the mobilized Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) who have successfully registered online at the NYSC portal are expected to report to the NYSC Orientation Camp in various states they will be posted to for their orientation course and training.

They will be admitted into the Orientation Camp for 21 days if they meet the basic NYSC camp registration requirements

After 21 days (3 weeks) of training in camp by soldiers, Man 'O' war and the NYSC officials. They will be dispatched to their various Places of Primary Assignments (PPA). They will serve in their PPA for 11months before NYSC will discharge them.

The NYSC orientation camp is the sweetest phase of the NYSC programme as you will be mixed up with people from different tribes, religions, culture and family backgrounds etc.

There are about 250 ethnic groups in Nigeria, NYSC will bring all of you together in the orientation camp. You will be able to meet, exchange ideas and interact with them and there will be lots of juicy activities mixed up with stressful ones as well.

Before going to the NYSC orientation camp, you ought to prepare very well because it is a military regiment; meaning you will leave like a soldier throughout the 21days that you are going to stay in camp.

Let me stop here, since this post main topic is not about the Camp, but about the date that 2019 Batch 'A' PCMs will be going to the orientation camp. Maybe in my next post I will tell you more about the NYSC orientation camp.
